Hello. I am Kortelan the appointed Ulor of Kajakan Tros and Folon. I am aware at the moment you see me as one of Rubanya's servant and you probably hate me. Yes I killed the commander of my garrison. Yes I am attacking the garrison at Kajakan Folon and will move to Kajakan Yost after I am done with Kajakan Folon. At the end of this I will have under my command 12 Kantoro. After several things that Rubanya has done recently I find my loyalty to him in question. If you allow me to rule the three Verronese Salano not only will I not aid Rubanya in any battle in which you command the opposing forces I will hand over any Imperial Army soldier who wishes to serve under you again. I am coming to you about this because I trust you to keep your word unlike Levorek. About my killing of Ekanor Falan Tylifon, I have no doubts that he was good at what he did. My problems with him was not only was he caught lining his pockets with money for the garrison, leaving it half manned and most of those were poorly equipped and most near death, but he was caught lying to my face and said things that put him under suspicion of serving Levorek. He was killed primarily because I have taken a very strong stance on corruption and he was my proof that I would not give quarter to anyone who was caught being corrupt in my government. Except for one out burst I think you would be proud of how he went to his death, like a real officer with dignity. Dealing with the battle I am in now with the garrison in Kajakan Folon, the garrison was approached before the battle and told I had no quarrel with them, that my only duty there was to remove the Ulor. They decided to attack my forces when we were going to remove the Ulor. Since that day we have been on the defensive but that is going to change in a few days. The purpose of this letter is to try to reconcile my actions in your eyes and to ask for this offer. As it stands I am massing the largest single force for Rubanya, and much of his planning is counting on my force. In return for you leaving me alone and your promise of aiding me in any tries to remove me from my seat I will not only deny Rubanya these Kantoro but I will give you every member of those Kantoro who would rather fight under your banner. I said earlier in this message that I trust you to keep your word more then Levorek but another reason for this letter is I know you control the Imperial Army so you wield the power in this empire. Proof of that is how hard Levorek has tried to get you to his side. I hope you see the wisdom of my offer.
