Starmet Uloresh (Ulor's Palace) Nassavix, Salan Nassavix
Oron 5, Salgan 1, Adonsik 41 Vylor Cledman VI
Another day passed. Not much was going on.
The Ulor's new advisor, Gefanin, came to see him and said, "Your excellency, I have been looking over Haloman's papers and I have found that he requested and received a 50 baylo expenditure some time ago for a trade survey, supposedly at your request. I find nothing to indicate that this was ever done. Did you request a trade survey and if so, was one ever done?"
(OOC: We need action from Javaan. Joe responded to one e-mail, but not to the follow up one. Can you ask him to respond?)

"Never in as many words, I spoke with him about finding ways of generating more income but he never mentioned a survey or about spending 50 baylo."
Nashlan sighs and mutters something about the Zekresh.
"Issue a warrant for his arrest, we need to sort this out and I doubt there will be another way to get him back."
((OOC: He was away for a while, I'll ask him when I talk to him this evening.))

Nashlan summons Gefanin.
"What news is there? I have heard little from the North Penisula for a time. What of the north and the independent provinces?"
"And where is Javaan, has he arrived yet?"

Gefanin says, "In the North Peninsula, there was fighting at Angenmar Paven. Troops from Kajakan Tros were fighting troops from Kajakan Folon. We have heard that Lord Chancellor Rubanya Cledman and Imperial Councillor Levorek Cledman are both claiming to be Imperial Regent, but so far no one seems to be taking Levorek's claims seriously. Rubanya is at Yishil assembling an army and a fleet at last report. The north seems to be surprisingly quiet since the declarations of independence. The only news is that the Aats were going to hold a gathering of clan chiefs, but we haven't heard yet whether they actually did. As for Javaan, I'm not sure. I think he returned already."

"Very well, send a servant and summon him here, if he has arrived. I wonder if our own Kantora has arrived at Angenmar Paven yet, Gurikan Talan hasn't sent another note."

"Thank you for coming so promptly, I have a task for you. As you may have heard, I have dispatched the 3rd Kantora Nassavix to the Imperial Regent at Yishil. Ekanor Falan Gervin, who is in charge of the garrison here, raised the concern that pirates and such may land on the coast to the south."
"I would like you to go south along the coast and report on the state of the settlements there, as well as the defences and the quality of the roads. Just take stock of the situation and report back. I will send ten members of the Rizado Uloresh, my own guards, along with you and you may take any other servants and such you see fit."

"Yes I can do that." Javaan says. "Is there anything else I can do for you before I pack for this journey?"

"No, that will be all. Have a safe and productive journey."
Once Javaan has left his office, Ulor Nashlan heads to the palace's library (or equivalent, wherever the scrolls are stored) and begins to hunt for a map of the province.

Javaan packs his things and when the guards are ready he goes with them to the southern coast.
((Need a post from the GM to see what happens.))

Javaan and the ten members of the Rizado Uloresh set out on their mission. From the Ulor's palace they head south along the coast. The road heading out of town passes through farmlands.
They hike all day, seeing nothing but the Western Sea to their left and farmlands and a few stands of trees to the right.
At the end of the day, they make camp by the road. The guards have brought a weeks' worth of food.
